Student may show up on a need basis to get help with core course assignments, to work in team projects and group presentations, or to get subject specific tutoring. Hosted by Teachers College and Columbia University students. To secure a space, CSS students must sign-up on a AS Tutoring/Study weekly sheet in the Principal's office. First come first serve, only 20 students per session will be allowed in. In addition to supervised homework and individual or small group tutoring, students may use the computers and internet service to do research, print out papers, and other academic tasks or co-curricular activities (e.g. student clubs and government activities).
