Exploring Dominican Art: Hispano-American Week Luncheon Lecture, 10/17/11

The luncheon lecture for the Hispano-American Month was wonderful! The food was amazing, and we stuffed ourselves. Also, thanks to Maja Horn for the lecture. It was very interesting, and I hadn’t really known about Dominican art before. It was very clever and had a lot of symbolism. I especially liked the picture with the toilet paper saying ‘constitución.’. It was a great experience for me and I’d love to do it again.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this!
