Help Fund Excellence
The costs of creating a truly world class Math, Science and Engineering public school in New York City far exceed the roughly $6000 per child provided by our annual city budget. We believe the education we afford our diverse, talented, and motivated student population is worthy of a greater investment by our community. In order to preserve a program that honors the young minds we serve, we remain committed to an ambitious fundraising campaign that depends on parents and members of the philanthropic and business communities.
As a part of this effort we invite interested donors to contact us directly at fundexcellence@columbiasecondary.org. If you wish to make an online contributions, it is possible to make credit card donation online.*
Online giving options include:
- Make an online donation to our Parents' Association, to be used to extend the reach of our PA community events, such as our diversity cafe, creative arts performances, etc. These funds are spend with the discretion of the voting membership of the CSS-MSE Parents Association. Donate to the PA here.**
- Make an online donation to our affiliated non-profit organization, The Foundation for Excellence in Education. This organization was created for the sole purpose of enhancing our discretionary budget in support of programming and instructional equipment at CSS-MSE. The organization's website has a current catalogue of fundraising goals and categories for which you can earmark your contribution.**
